At Gaia’s Garden, customer satisfaction is a priority. Due to the food nature of our products, certain conditions apply to exchanges and refunds.

1. Food Products – Final Sale

For hygiene and food safety reasons, all food product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products that have been opened, consumed, or altered.

2. Defective Products or Order Errors

If your order arrives:

• damaged,

• defective,

• or incorrect,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number,

• a description of the issue,

• and clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages During Delivery

Gaia’s Garden is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you with the claim process.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier:

• Quebec & Ontario: 2 to 5 business days

• Other provinces: 3 to 8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak periods, promotions, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• package weight,

• destination,

• and selected carrier.

Occasional free shipping promotions may be offered.

5. Carriers

We use trusted carriers (e.g., Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or equivalent) to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

Gaia’s Garden is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we are committed to assisting you with any claim process.

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos when applicable.

7. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Gaia’s Garden cannot be held responsible for packages not delivered due to an incorrect address.
