• Delivery times are estimates only; Gaia’s Garden is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

• For food safety and hygiene reasons, most of our products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

  Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was made by Gaia’s Garden.

• Gaia’s Garden is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you with any claim process if needed.
