Refund & Return Policy – Gaia’s Garden
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on edible products (including gummies), whether opened or unopened. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be resold and is therefore non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are available in the following cases:
• Your order arrives damaged or defective (photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).
• You receive the wrong product.
• Your order is canceled before shipping.
If your refund request is approved, we will process it to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on gummies. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will either issue a refund or resend your order at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards
• Sale or promotional items
• All edible products once shipped (except in cases of damage, defect, or error)
