Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a supply delay, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you promptly by email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3–7 business days

• United States: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–20 business days (subject to customs clearance)

 

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

 

Shipping Carriers

 

We partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

 

Gaia’s Garden is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

 

Gaia’s Garden is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
